What you will be doing

The Senior IT Consultant is part of the Global Information & Systems Communications team based in Singapore, to support and manage the delivery of projects across the Asia-Pacific region. The candidate will be responsible as the Project Manager for Direct to Consumer (DTC) applications with the following roles and responsibilities:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of eCommerce and CRM to develop and execute DTC strategies to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and optimisation of omnichannel eCommerce platforms (especially Shopify).

Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics365 and Azure to implement effective CRM solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve DTC operations and drive business growth.

What you should have

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent

Minimum of 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a project leadership or project management role in the following domains:

eCommerce

Omnichannel Retail management

Customer Relationship Management

B2C website management

Technical knowledge/expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Azure, .Net, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Biz Central, SQL

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
