About the Role: As a Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition and event projects within the oil and gas sector. Your expertise in project installation, along with a deep understanding of quality standards and safety regulations, will ensure the successful delivery of complex events.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the production process for exhibitions and events, focusing on the oil and gas industry.

Manage all phases of event production, from concept development to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Oversee the installation of projects, ensuring technical specifications and safety standards are met.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.

Implement quality control and risk management practices throughout the production lifecycle.

Develop and manage budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

Train and lead a team of professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the exhibition or event management industry, with specific exposure to the oil and gas sector.

Proven track record of managing large-scale events or exhibitions.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
