Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Dubai

Job Overview:

As a Procurement Manager, you will oversee and manage the company’s procurement activities, ensuring effective strategies and processes are implemented to meet operational requirements and financial objectives. Your leadership will ensure the procurement team achieves cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and financial objectives.

Lead the procurement team in executing best practices and streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare detailed reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and other vital metrics for management review.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and address any issues or discrepancies that arise.

Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to make informed decisions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and fulfill their procurement needs and specifications.

Approve purchase orders and proposals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Maintain seamless communication and interaction between the procurement team and other departments.

Lead and motivate the procurement team to meet the strategic goals of the department.

Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle efficiently and accurately.

Key Qualifications:

9-10 years of progressive experience in procurement or a closely related field.

At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.

Proven ability to execute procurement processes effectively, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.

Experience with international procurement, including a thorough understanding of Incoterms and import/export regulations.

Familiarity with operating across multiple legal entities and navigating various legal frameworks.
