Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Setter to join our team. This role requires a high level of precision and expertise in programming and setting CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with extensive experience in CNC operations, programming, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and program CNC machines using [specify software, e.g., Master cam, SolidWorks, etc.] to produce parts as per engineering drawings.

Set up tools, fixtures, and machine settings according to the required specifications.

Conduct first-article inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure operational efficiency.

Identify and troubleshoot programming errors or machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate records of programming code, machine settings, and maintenance logs.

Work closely with the production team and engineers to optimize machining processes and improve overall productivity.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E), preferably in Mechanical or related field.

4-8 years of experience in CNC programming and setting.

Certification in CNC programming from a recognized institution is preferred.
