Position: Business Development Manager

Salary Package (CTC/year): (INR 4L - 10L)

Minimum Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our client base and increase revenue within the project forwarding industry such as breakbulk, RORO, Heavy transportation, Cross Trade & General Freight Forwarding (Contract Management).

Handle key customer ongoing business, Identify and prioritize new key accounts based on their project needs, industry focus, and revenue potential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Proven track record with at least 3+ years of experience in sales & business developments profile.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively and internal teams.

Proficiency in software and tools, including familiarity with CRM systems.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
