Client: Back office of a UK Company.

Business: wholesale distributor of tyre products in UK.

Requirements

1. Manage the Sales Executive Team:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the sales executives.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

2. Monitor Sales Calls:

• Supervise and sometimes directly participate in sales calls made by the executives to understand customer interactions and identify improvement areas.

3. Ensure Meeting of Sales Targets:

• Regularly check that the team meets predefined call and interaction targets with potential and existing customers.

• Track and ensure that each team member meets or exceeds monthly sales goals, providing support or intervention when necessary.

4. Monthly Sales Meetings:

• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress toward sales targets, discuss strategies, and address any issues or opportunities.

5. Prepare Purchase Orders:

• Manage and prepare monthly purchase orders to suppliers based on sales forecasts and inventory needs.

6. Monitor Outstanding Payments:

• Keep track of any outstanding payments from customers.

• Implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments and minimize financial risk.

7. Administrative and Strategic Tasks:

• Handle administrative duties related to sales.

• Develop strategic plans to improve sales and profitability.
