Job Title: Affiliate Manager

Purpose Statement

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for sales implement investment drives and strategies to enhance deposit mobilization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the investment affiliate channel aligned with overall business objectives.

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates, leveraging diverse channels (e.g., bloggers, influencers, coupon websites).

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with affiliates to ensure program success.

Develop and maintain program guidelines, terms & conditions, and commission structures.

Track and analyze program performance using relevant metrics (clicks, conversions, sales).

Generate and present regular reports on program performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams (growth, marketing, sales, product) to ensure program alignment and success.

Develop strategies to negotiate deals, manage partner relationships, and derive tangible investment opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and continuous improvement in affiliate marketing efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Experience in managing affiliate networks, partnerships, and campaigns.

Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
