Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Location: Trenton, NJ

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 plus bonus

About the Job

You'll be in charge of their Trenton service branch. You'll be responsible for selling new work, as well as supporting their existing customer base. You'll also be estimating and project managing the jobs in your area, and will be the manager of the field employees that are based at your location. This is an entrepreneurial position, with a proven business model to grow your branch.

The full-time safety department will help monitor safety and provide necessary training. Requirements:

3-5 years commercial roofing experience and 3 years of sales/customer service experience (roofing-commercial construction preferred).

General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Good at building relationships.
