Content QC Specialist

As an E-commerce Content QC Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of product imagery across our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with various teams to set up guidelines, review and edit product listings images to meet our standards and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guideline setting:

· Review and share feedback on the pdp image test shoots

· Work with web team on ab tests for product imagery

· Ensure timely completion of ab test and then align with relevant stake holders to close the guidelines for the different product categories.

· Align on models to be used for shoots

2. Styling quality control:

· Share styling guides for specific product lines in coordination with concepts/e-labels team.

· Work with studio team to ensure new styling guidelines are getting followed in the shoot in the expected quality.

· Work with content team to add styling suggestions on pdp fashion images where relevant.

· Approve model selection along with concepts pre-shoot.

· Work closely with all the different teams/concepts to get visibility on upcoming products for shoot and coordinate with them to allow for cross-styling across all concepts.

· Ensure styling team is taking notes of products used in styling and that content team are tagging the products to allow for a complete the look section on the pdp pages.

· QC images post shoot and coordinate with the styling team to address any issues and ensure timely updates.

3. Image Quality Control:

· Ensure new guidelines are getting followed in the same promised quality by studio team

· Evaluate product images pos- retouch to ensure they meet our quality standards in terms of resolution, clarity, and consistency.

· Coordinate with the photography team to address any image-related issues and ensure timely updates.

What You'll Need To Succeed

· You are a multitasker and know how to manage your time well across multiple projects

· You are good at working under pressure with tight timelines

· You love Fashion and are up to date on all fashion trends

Required experience:

· 4+ year’s experience.

· Ecom studio experience required.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications.

· Excellent written and verbal communication/editing skills, in both English and Arabic.

· Team worker, problem solver and can do attitude.

· Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
