DiCicco Development, Inc. is a fully integrated Commercial Office Real Estate Developer. Be part of the facilities maintenance team to maintain a class “A” office portfolio in the Pittsburgh Airport Area of 1,000,000+ sf.

Primary functions of the job include maintaining commercial HVAC systems in class a office portfolio. (e.g. supervision of HVAC hontrol system, access control, security cameras, lighting controls, etc). Candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding of class “A” office building HVAC systems (e.g. 50+ ton package RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAVs and FPBs, etc.); computer proficient; organized; and basic technical skills.
