Organic Social Marketing Intern

What you will do:

You will be helping to manage the organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) for Wayfair Europe accounts.

Support the team in managing our social media projects, including brainstorming, research, content planning, etc.

Competitor analysis and trend scouting

Help with filming videos for social media

You will closely work together with our Creative Team on creating briefs.

You will collaborate across the full marketing team and with core business functions like Creative,Category Management and Merchandising in cross-functional projects and your day-to-day work.

What You Need

You are available for at least 6 months

Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic design or related field is preferred but not required

Interest or enthusiasm for digital marketing and social media with some hands-on knowledge (internships and / or own projects qualify)

Passionate about interior and design

Creative thinker - able to develop and execute ideas

Basic Excel/Google sheet

Video editing (CapCut) and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva) skills are a plus but not required

Open mindset and strong can-do attitude and make things happen in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable - duties & responsibilities might change in line with business objectives

Excellent communication skills in English. German knowledge is a plus
