Our team of talented architects collaborates closely with clients to transform their visions into reality while meeting the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

We are seeking three or four highly skilled and experienced Architects to join our rapidly-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction documentation. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and constraints.

Develop innovative design concepts that reflect the client's vision, budget, and schedule.

Create detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

Project Management:

Lead project teams, including architects, designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other requirements.

Construction Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, specifications, and other documents to communicate design intent and technical requirements.

Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other submittals to ensure conformance with design standards and specifications.

Client Engagement:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Present design proposals, progress updates, and project deliverables to clients and stakeholders.

Address client feedback and incorporate revisions to achieve desired outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough reviews of design documents and construction details to maintain quality and accuracy.

Perform site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and resolve any construction issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensed Architect in the state of California.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.

Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices in California.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
