Seeking an Experienced Superintendent for Bridge Construction Projects

Our valued client is urgently seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Superintendent with 7+ years of experience in bridge construction to lead projects from start to finish in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

Lead bridge construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion.

Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to align project scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Manage procurement processes and enforce strict safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Cultivate strong client relationships, oversee project teams, and conduct comprehensive project reviews to ensure success.

Requirements:

7+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on bridge projects.

Demonstrated track record of success in managing complex bridge construction projects.

Prior experience working with DOT regulations and requirements.

Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
