Requirements:

Maryland title license and notary certifications required

8-10 years of relevant experience

Experience with residential, investor, and commercial files

Ability to process approximately 50 files per month

Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work in an office environment

Proficiency in Qualia software

Compensation starting at $65k & commensurate with experience
