Senior Executive Maintenance

1. Qualification: • B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical)

2. Experience: • 3-5 Years in the manufacturing sector with functional knowledge of Liquid Bottling line & Utility equipment’s.

3. Knowledge and Skills: -

Knowledge of machines and equipment used in process industries.

Ability to identify and quickly resolve equipment issues on shop floor.

Knowledge of risks in case of equipment issues and risk mitigation actions

Knowledge of machines and equipment used in process industries.

Ability to identify and quickly resolve equipment issues on shop floor

Should have exposure and familiarity manufacturing excellence, Kaizen, TPM, Food Safety, 5S etc.

Should have knowledge of SAP PM

Should have experienced in liquid packing line equipment’s like Rinser, filler, labeller and Inkjet Printers.

4. Area Responsibility: -

4.1 Plant Maintenance for Productivity Improvement:

• Plan, implement and monitor the daily maintenance plan to enhance the serviceability of mechanical system.

• Plan, schedule, implement and monitor the preventive / predictive maintenance to minimize breakdown

• Handle real time breakdown/emergency effectively

• Maintaining asset history data & improving asset life applying analyzing tools.

• Fine tuning bottling lines to ensure error free fill level & desired labelling accuracy at rated capacity

4.2 Operation and Maintenance of Utilities

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of DG’s, Air Compressors, MHE, STP, ETP, Industrial Water Supply, cold rooms etc. to ensure full scale availability of Utility equipment

4.3 Documentation and People Management

• Document and Report maintenance activities.

• Maintain a list of all spares available for bottling line.

• Conduct Utility consumption analysis and reporting.

• Lead a team of technicians / operators to achieve different predefined KPIs

• Identify skill gaps among the team and provide required training to build capabilities

• Execute the daily maintenance activities and take preventive and corrective actions as required.

• Supervise the installation & commissioning of equipment

4.4 Support:

• Work closely with Quality, EHS, Production, Process teams to ensure timely support or undertake preventive actions.

• Co-ordinate with Procurement department to ensure availability of spares.
