The Role – Part Time Evening Cleaner

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large building, its offices, and meeting rooms based in the Riverside Park

We are looking for 2 x Part time cleaners to work Cleaner 1 shifts are Monday to Friday 5pm -7pm - 10hrs / Cleaner 2 shifts are Monday to Friday 5pm - 8pm – 15hrs

Duties/Key Responsibilities

Cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting,

Cleaning toilets facilities

Cleaning offices and meeting rooms

Cleaning of the production areas and dining areas

Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors

Operate cleaning equipment including buffers, scrubbers, and ride-on machines in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures.

Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.

Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills Required

Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.

Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.

Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Experience with work to tight schedules.

Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.

Good timekeeping and attendance are important.

Transport is essential.
