Flutter Developer Lead

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer Lead with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Flutter development, coupled with robust knowledge of iOS development. The ideal candidate will lead our Flutter development team and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge mobile applications. This role requires relocation to Perundurai and entails working on-site from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications that meet project requirements and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Stay updated with the latest Flutter and iOS development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques.

Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality through best practices and methodologies.

Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and offer solutions to complex problems as they arise.

Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development, with a strong portfolio of Flutter applications.

Proficiency in iOS development with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Objective-C and/or Swift.

Excellent understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including architecture, design patterns, and deployment processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Leadership abilities with experience in leading and managing development teams.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to relocate to Perundurai and work on-site from Monday to Saturday.
