About the role

The Global Marketing Operations Manager will spearhead comprehensive planning efforts to modernize our capabilities with a core focus on driving growth. This role is instrumental in enabling Marketing to deliver highly personalized, relevant, and brand-centric marketing programs to our audiences.

What you'll do

Marketing Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the Corporate Marketing teams and Field Marketing teams to understand overarching business & marketing goals and develop strategies that align marketing operations to meet these objectives.

Operational Efficiency: Identify and streamline marketing workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and improve results.

Marketing Technology Management: Oversee and manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other marketing technologies, Plus evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Drive data-driven decision-making by analysing marketing data, generating insights, and producing regular reports on marketing KPIs.

Lead Management and Optimization: Develop and maintain lead management processes, ensuring proper lead routing, scoring, and nurturing to maximize conversion rates and increase marketing-influenced pipeline.

Campaign Assistance: Collaborate with team members to build highly targeted lists and segments for campaigns. Assist with the accurate and timely set-up of campaigns and landing pages.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong cross-functional relationships with operations, sales, finance, and other relevant departments.

Budget Management: Manage marketing operations budget, monitor expenses, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.

Who you are

Extensive experience in marketing operations, preferably in the B2B software industry - Experience with SaaS products and/or solution selling is desirable.

Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), project management (Monday.com) and analytics tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical insights.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Meticulous approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
