Salary:
SEO Specialist Part-Time Contract to Hire Full-time/Remote
Our company is growing and we are looking for a part-time contract to hire full-time SEO specialist for a remote work position. The ideal candidate would have a passion for digital marketing, specifically, Search Engine Marketing which has a passion for on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies. This role needs someone detail-oriented and a perfectionist at performance metrics and overall quality of work. Having experience in on-page best practices, local SEO marketing, data analysis, and overall lead generation or business-to-consumer strategies are also a bonus for this position. This position manages a portfolio of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) accounts, monitors and communicates campaign progress back to leadership, optimizes on-page SEO, assigns SEO content requests, collaborates with the team on market strategies, and is responsible for remaining current on new strategies, techniques, and processes that can improve company SEO campaigns.

SEO Specialist Responsibilities:
Assign SEO content
Conducting on-page optimization implementation
Conducting off-page optimization implementation
Optimize crawl ability, architecture, and site content
Optimizing Content, Meta Data, and Link Structure
Conduct Page Experience reports, Keyword Research, and Backlink Analysis
Perform keyword research based on client goals and campaign focus
Review and analyze clients' sites for areas of improvement
Implement campaign SEO optimizations
Strategize ways to improve and track site performance
Consult with Paid Ads Specialist to synchronize efforts
Coordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements with other respective departments
Stay current on the latest local SEO and algorithm updates
Assist in Running Performance Reports and Sending Optimization Ideas to the Team
Qualifications:
2+ years in SEO
Previous agency experience
Knowledge of Google Analytics (G4 & Legacy)
Knowledge in Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager
Experience working with Third-Party Crawling Tools and Conducting Website Audits
WordPress and Moderate HTML Experience
Highly Organized & Strong Communication and Time Management Skills
