Duties:

The applicant shall maintain the interior and exterior of the dining facility in a clean and sanitary condition.

The applicant shall comply with requirements of the food code, state and local laws and regulations, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

The applicant shall make available tableware and other dining table items necessary to serve the customers.

The applicant shall satisfy dining facility manager and guests in reference to timeliness of service.

The applicant shall maintain a clean equipment and utensils. This includes pots, pans, and utensils used in food service preparation.

Qualification:

The applicant shall a have current State of Mississippi Food & Beverage Worker Permits, Medical Physicals.
