Key Responsibilities
Accurately inputting customer data into our database system
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Collaborating with team members to ensure the seamless flow of information and data
Conducting thorough quality checks on completed work to identify any errors or inconsistencies
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data security throughout all processes
Assisting with data analysis and reporting as required
Supporting other departments with data-related tasks when needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
