Laser Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are a fast paced and growing metal fabrication company looking to add the right team members to our Laser team. This position involves duties such as:

Supports the company vision and culture in order to define and deliver great performance

Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics

Operating state-of-the-art lasers

Produces parts that are consistent with internal quality standards

Ability to determine best laser cutting technique to perform duties in a safe, quality oriented and productive manner with reduced guidance

Fully supportive of continuous improvement

Strong work ethic to support attendance

Honesty to enable issues to be reported and corrected

Innovation to support a culture of continuous improvement

Personal sense of responsibility concerning safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity
