Job Description

We are looking for a problem solver and team player to join our claims department. As a Claims Specialists your knowledge of property and/or vehicle claims, and empathetic communication style will deliver value and success with every interaction. You will proactively address challenges and suggest solutions daily, working closely with internal teams, insurance providers and external parties to resolve claims that arise from last-mile deliveries. In this role, you will:

· Follow company claims procedures and communication standards.

· Investigate, evaluate, and resolve cases on assignment.

· Contact delivery teams, customers, and other involved parties to gather necessary information including statements, photos, and delivery documents.

· Maintain photos, statements, documents, action plans, emails, and a summary of phone calls in the Claims Management System (CMS).

· Proactively communicate and promptly respond to customers and stakeholders to facilitate a reasonable claims outcome.

· Negotiate cost-effective resolution with affected parties.

· Resolve cases within required time limits.

· Ensure that weekly and monthly KPIs goals are met.

· Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Your skills and experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 2 years claims experience: Auto/Property preferred.

· Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.

· Strong Customer Service skills including the ability to communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

· Bilingual skills a plus

Position Details

· Position Type: Full time with competitive compensation package.

· Work location: Office, Peachtree City, Georgia.

· Hours Flexible Monday-Friday. Eligible for telecommuting based on experience/performance.

· Reports to Claims Manager and Claims Assistant Manager.

· Level of Travel Required: None
