$75,000 - $125,000 at plan commissionsResponsibilities:
Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a real estate license
Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Real estate license required
