Job Description

Midtown Atlanta boutique law firm, recognized as a Best Place to Work, seeks experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

Support multiple attorneys in all aspects of complex civil litigation (state & federal).

Manage e-discovery: collect, process, analyze, & utilize platforms.

Prepare legal documents, research, file court documents, & assist with proceedings.

Conduct legal research using relevant platforms.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in complex civil litigation, preferably business-related.

Deep understanding of relevant court rules & filing requirements.

3+ years' experience managing e-discovery & platforms.

Meticulous proofreading & BlueBook expertise.

Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

Exceptional organization & positive attitude.

Experience with Mac computers preferred.
