We are offering 5 automotive sales positions for anyone who has a great attitude and is ready to help our amazing customers with the purchase of a new or previously owned vehicle!

In addition to our standard sales training, we are also providing a training investment worth $2000/month at NO CHARGE!

All you have to do is show up with a great attitude and be on time!

What We Offer

Store Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm and Saturday 8:30am-5pm. Closed Sundays.

Starting pay at $25/hr with growth opportunities to $50/hr

Responsibilities

Provide excellent Customer Service to everyone.

Minimum of 20 daily phone calls to prospects and clientele.

Daily activity prospecting from Auto Alert, Service Drive and Service Lounge.

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Continuously develop product and sales knowledge with ongoing coaching.

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Follow-up phone calls with all prospects and customers.

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends.

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.

Ready to learn new products and eager to improve.

Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
