Job Description

$120,000 - $150,000 at plan earningsResponsibilities:

Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network

Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities

Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop

Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives

Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annuallyQualifications:

Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
