Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all policies, processes, and procedures are done to Retail Directs guidelines & expectations.
Managing the relationship with Client & Store Management and addressing any concerns or opportunity in the Market.
Manage assigned market area productivity. Including seasonal fluctuation planning on volume.
Source new delivery companies to provide services.
Managing within budgeted split
Managing all emails/calls and assist Customer Care
Manage assigned market area QBR metrics with internal and external individuals, including daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Support Claims Dept. on all new, open and unresolved claims to assure SOW compliance.
Assure delivery company contractual compliance on uniforms and equipment.
Maintain Fleet compliance (where applicable).
Discuss delivery company compliance monthly.
Managing and reporting all Client escalations and communicating them to the proper leadership
Daily Store Visits
Daily Field Audits.
Assist with Client training and SOW compliance.
Communicate Quality VOC results & communications to contractors regularly.
Daily Route Scheduling.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the stores with any questions/concerns. Help support management team with delivery process.
Provide action plan for assigned market area regarding continuous improvement for KPI metrics, financial control, strong client relations, and great customer service.
Conducting daily conference calls with Customer Care and Field Managers to address territory opportunities.
Use positive reinforcement to reach our VOC goal for the Market.
Help assist with creating a relationship/ partnership with both contractor and Lowes associates.
Weekly check of haul away trailers at the store to ensure core process is being followed.
