Job Description: As an HVAC Technician at Siegman Forced Air Systems, Inc., you'll play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical skills, customer service, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including Trane and Mitsubishi Ductless systems among other competing brands in accordance with company standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, providing timely and accurate repairs.

Perform regular maintenance checks and services to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and professional interactions with clients.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Best Qualified Applicants:

US Citizen

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar trade.

Commitment to quality and safe work practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair issues efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly Trane and Mitsubishi Ductless systems, is preferred.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Certification or degree in HVAC technology is a plus.
