Job Description
Consistently handle inbound phone calls
Consistently perform outbound phone calls
Initiating of electronic communication via email and/or fax
Handling of documents received (electronic and shipped)
Filing of accounts
Scheduling of account follow-up
Initiating appropriate follow-up action to seek resolution
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 6:00pm
40hrs worked per week is the schedule with few times of mandatory overtime for training, meetings, and other business needs.
