Our clients are a well-established company providing construction services to both Domestic and Commercial clients across Northern Ireland.

They require a Site Supervisor to look after the continued work in Housing Executive Projects.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday role, come with £35k, Van, Fuel Card, Pension, Xmas Bonus, 30 Days Holiday.

Days to Day:

Manage subcontractors, supply chain, and site activities.

Project completion on time and to specification.

Maintaining quality control procedures.

Adhering to all Health and Safety on site.

Ordering Plant and Materials.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager.

Experience with housing maintenance schemes.

CSR Supervisor Gold Card with NVQ Level 4.

Computer Literate with good communication skills.

Clean Driving Licence and First Aid.
