Are you looking for an opportunity in managing Key Account sales team to be the best in class go-to-market organization? If so, this is the role for you.

As Key Account Manager, you will ensure flawless execution of the strategies in order to achieve goals and objectives in terms of sales achievement, brand distribution and overall effective business management. In this role, you function as a driven sales professional to grow sales and manage business activities for a key customer. Key to this position is the ability to drive sales, leverage customer relationships and impact a variety of customer segments.

This includes leading and providing strategic direction to ensure achievement of targeted sales volumes and distribution targets ensuring long-term success. You will understand and leverage roles and responsibilities of the cross functional team to drive sales results. Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to win while helping our Haleon partners.

Key responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and customer.

- Proactively address customer needs and concerns, ensuring long-term satisfaction.

2. Business Reviews:

- Conduct thorough and insightful business reviews with the customer to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to synthesize data into actionable strategies.

3. Forecasting:

- Utilize data-driven insights, market trends, and historical data to create accurate sales forecasts.

- Work closely with the Channel Manager to align forecasts to meet overall goals

- Jointly forecast with the customer and align projections

4. Strategic Planning:

- Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market share within the drugstore chain.

- Identify and leverage on opportunities for product placement, promotions, and market expansion.

5. Execution:

- Implement sales plans effectively by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.

6. Account Receivables:

- Manage account receivables efficiently, ensuring timely payments and minimizing overdue balances.

- Collaborate with finance teams to address invoicing or payment discrepancies.

7. Data Analysis and Insighting:

- Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from sales data.

- Translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Role Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing FMCG/FMCH sales

Successful track record in account management in a consumer setting or similar company

Strong leadership skills to effectively oversee coordination within Haleon stakeholders and third-party agencies.

Good financial understanding of profit & loss and sales forecasting

Ability to influence and make informed decisions

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
