QA Engineer/Snr Engineer

Responsibilities:

Conduct investigations, analysis, evaluation, and simulation for all in-process issues and customer complaints.

Analyze monthly in-process and outgoing defects to identify the top three defects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance production yield rates.

Perform production and quality control audits, ensuring compliance with in-house and/or external specifications and standards such as GMP and ISO regulations.

Train, evaluate, and certify QC Inspectors.

Possess familiarity with ISO/TS 13485 standards.

Have experience with any of the following: plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or high-volume quality manufacturing engineering, particularly in Medical/Food grade parts/products.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Quality or relevant

3+ years of relevant working experience as a QA/QC within the injection molding industry, preferably in medical device molding.

Understanding and familiarity with ISO 13485, medical product quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems

A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
