Firmware Engineer C, Embedded, IoT, Bluetooth, Low-Power Design, Dallas

Were looking for a talented Firmware Engineer to join our collaborative team and shape the future of diverse applications, from aircraft avionics to engine control units in cars to smart thermostats in homes.

Youll design and develop firmware and see your ideas come to life throughout the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to manufacturing. This is your chance to take ownership and potentially lead projects from start to finish.

Work alongside a skilled team with electrical, firmware, and mechanical engineering expertise. This role also offers the opportunity to develop skills working with Bluetooth technology.

What will you be doing?

Report to the Engineering Manager and work in a multi-functional team of 7 Engineers

Work on new product development through to manufacturing

Responsible for embedded software or firmware development using C language

Work with various microprocessors and microcontrollers

Challenge of working with size constraints, low-power design, high-volume products

Some simple device driver development

Opportunity to lead projects and expand your responsibilities in other areas

Chance to incorporate Bluetooth

What are the minimum qualifications?

Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of embedded software development experience

Proficiency in C

Microcontrollers and/or Microprocessors experience

Very good communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work solo and in a team environment

What will make your rsum stand out?
