They are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in blow molding to join their dedicated maintenance team.

Position Overview: As a Maintenance Technician specializing in blow molding, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our blow molding equipment. You will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, troubleshooting hydraulic systems, and collaborating with setup groups to facilitate smooth equipment changeovers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repair tasks on blow molding equipment, with a focus on mechanical and electrical components.

Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, valves, sensors, and other fixtures related to blow molding processes.

Conduct preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with setup groups to ensure efficient equipment changeovers.

Assist in basic machinery operations such as lathing, milling, and manual tasks.

Complete welding tasks as required for equipment repair and maintenance.

Must-Have:

Extensive experience (5+ years) in blow molding processes, preferably in plastics manufacturing.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulic systems, valves, sensors, and PLCs (75% mechanical, 25% electrical).

Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including mechanical repairs, electrical replacements, and welding.

Openness to heights and willingness to operate lifts (lift training provided).

Nice-to-Have:

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, for preventive maintenance and project work.

Previous experience with basic machinery operations and equipment setup.

Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.
