Communicate directly with clients to understand and service their financial needs.

Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline service processes.

Handle complex client complaints or issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Proficiency in CRM software and strong computer skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

Experience working with Charles Schwab platforms.

Familiarity with various annuity companies.
