Civil Project Manager -Industrial Buildings Construction

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join a renowned main contractor in Dubai. Experience in Construction of Industrial Buildings like Warehouses, Factories, Central Kitchens, Airport Hangers etc is a must.

Salary: AED20,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Profit and Loss Management: Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects, owning the budget and ensuring adherence to program schedules, costs, variations, and EOTs.

Client Relationship Building: Build strategic relationships with clients and consultants to drive repeat business and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, aiming for a minimum satisfaction index of 70%.

Leadership and Team Development: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, showcase team leader skills, and develop subordinates through periodic education and mentorship.

Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per contractual specifications, while achieving targeted net profit margins.

Team Motivation and Productivity: Take full responsibility for motivating and retaining the team, ensuring high productivity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction Coordination: Implement approved programs of work in coordination with site or project engineers, coordinating all site activities and resolving technical issues.

Quality Assurance: Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and installations, adhering to acceptable criteria and specified quality management systems.

Variations and Approvals: Identify deviations or additional requirements from contract documents, raise variations to consultants or clients, and coordinate approvals.

Budget Management and Reporting: Provide budgetary information and regular feedback reports to management, analyzing project trends in terms of expenses versus budget allocations.

Candidate Specification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 15 years in the UAE
