Description

Bogin, Munns, & Munns, P.A. is seeking a full time Associate Attorney to assist in the management and litigation of its busy and growing Criminal Defense practice. This attorney will be based in the firm’s main office in Orlando, and will handle all manner of criminal cases, including felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, criminal traffic and traffic cases in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Polk & Sumter counties.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience litigating criminal matters;

• Significant prior trial experience at the felony level;

• Ability and willingness to travel to Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Polk & Sumter counties from Orlando as necessary to manage the caseload;

• Former public sector experience is preferred;

• Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-motivated team player who is committed to providing the highest level of representation to their clients both in and out of the courtroom, with excellent client management skills, communication skills, and the willingness and ability to communicate regularly and effectively with clients and their family members.

Compensation

Annual salary compensation will be $100,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and performance. The firm offers benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401(k) and mileage/travel reimbursement. Although this position requires a substantial presence in the office, in the field, and in the courtroom, there are also opportunities for remote work and flexible office hours.
