Construction Project Coordinator - Building Specialties Subcontractor

Join our team, we have been in serving Arizona since 1978. We are the industry-leader in sales, distribution, of building specialty products on Commercial building projects. We are a busy fast paced always growing company seeking a Project Coordinator to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities Include:

- Project Coordinating contracted jobs we have with General Contractors as well as end users and other customers, reviewing and maintaining the projects for our scopes of work.

- Position sources products from various suppliers as was bid as part of the contract or source for a change order;

- Follow up and work with customers to help successfully complete our project scopes of work on construction projects.

- Assisting our customers, and working with our internal sales and installation teams and other departments as needed for the success of the projects your are project coordinating.

Requirements:

- An interest in the construction industry

- Highly motivated and eager to learn

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Detail-Oriented

- You must be a persistent self motivated individual that can find information that is not easily available and can follow up with customers as needed.

- Team player who can also work independently in a fast paced exciting environment.

NOTE: Pay range dependent on experience and skill level. We will train. There are growth opportunities.
