Team Lead for Community Support Team

Job Description

Looking for a Team Lead for our Community Support Team at our Charlotte location. Need to be a Licensed or Associate Licensed Clinician (LCMHC/A or LCSW/A). Will be responsible for leading the team clinically and productivity wise. Will be responsible for supervising the staff on the team and holding monthly supervisions and weekly team meetings. Team Lead will also be responsible for conducting Clinical team meetings on a monthly basis with Guardians and/or other important people in the consumer's life. Team Lead will conduct weekly therapy sessions with the client's on the caseload and ensure they are getting their mental health and substance abuse needs met. Will guide the overall treatment of the consumers on the team and ensure the team is running efficiently.Company Description
