Pacific Cycle is seeking a Product Manager-Schwinn to become an integral part of our Madison Product team. In this role, the PM will collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager and Director of Product to establish product direction while incorporating valuable insights from the sales team and account managers.

This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.

A few (but not all) of this position's responsibilities are listed below:

Actively engage in in-field and consumer insights research to gain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.

Develop sample products, including both competitive analysis and prototypes of our own products.

Collaborate with Industrial Design team to review design and technical drawings.

Partner with Creative team on product packaging and artwork.

Draft detailed product plans serving as the blueprint for other departments involved in product development.

Approve Bill of Materials to provide Asian factories and the Pacific Cycle China team with detail product specifications.

Serve as product expert for Quality, Sales, Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Prepare product and strategy presentations for Customer Line Reviews.

Key Competencies

Communication Integrity Customer Orientation Team Player Organizing and Planning

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, engineering, or equivalent work experience

3-5 years’ experience with mass retail product and consumer hard lines

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Strong attention to detail.

Solid presentation skills.

Affinity for bikes, toys, cars/trucks preferred
