Pacific Cycle is seeking a Finance Manager to become an integral part of our Madison Finance team. This role is a key member of the Commercial Finance team and will perform pricing analysis of all of our products. In partnership with the FP&A team, this role will lead the sales budget creation process and provide sales/gross margin analysis and reporting. A fantastic opportunity to collaborate with our internal sales, e-commerce, and product development teams on pricing, assortment, and profitability.

This role is based out of our Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.

A few (but not all) of this position's responsibilities are listed below:

Lead forecasting and budget processes cross-functionally to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets

Spearhead SG&A analytics and benchmarking initiatives for Pacific Cycle, providing valuable insights to inform-decision making.

Drive cost of goods sold KPI insights and planning efforts to optimize cost efficiencies and profitability.

Develop and manage cost center reporting mechanisms to track and analyze financial performance across business units.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and market dynamics.

Review factory cost quotes with the product team and use them as a basis for price determination, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Partner with the sales team to determine appropriate sell prices and product mix forecasts, balancing revenue objects with market demand.

Manage and approve price changes in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in pricing updates.

Education & Experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in financial roles with expanded responsibility.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, including Financial Modeling and PowerPoint required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with SAP and BW is strongly preferred.
