General Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Estimate time and extent of repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance for Fireplaces, Hot Tubs and Swimming Pools

Maintain material and supply inventory required for completion of service jobs

Routine maintenance required for swimming pools, hot tubs and fireplaces

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented

Maintain accurate reports for inventory and job requirements

Current drivers license requiredCompany Description

We provide service for swimming pools, hot tubs and fireplaces. Our retail store location has hot tubs, gas, charcoal and pellet grills; Swimming Pool and Hot Tub chemicals and supplies as well as fireplaces and stoves to keep folks warm.
