38.5 hours p/w

I am pleased to be recruiting for a Deputy Nurse Manager in Belfast. We are looking for an experienced nurse with leadership and management experience to take the next step in their nursing career. The successful candidate will work in a reputable, specialised facility, providing the highest level of specialised patient care.

Day to Day in this role will include:

Assisting the Nurse Manager with the day to day running of the homes.

Overall quality control.

Leading by example and assisting in upholding the standards of the Nursing Home.

Liaising with both outside agencies and statutory bodies such as the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, ensuring compliance with the minimum care standards.

Practicing within the NMC code at all times.
