At Tiny Feet, we equip parents with research-based strategies and professional services to help their children reach developmental milestones.
An Early Interventionist serves two roles- Family Trainer and Service Coordinator.
As Family Trainer, we serve as a teacher. We use activity-based learning to teach parents how to use strategies/techniques to help their children meet developmental goals.
The ideal candidate will enjoy researching activities that address a child's developmental skills- Communication, Fine Motor, Gross Motor, Self Help, etc. Through Service Coordination, we connect parents with services and resources that meet their needs and areas of concern.
Qualifications:
An Early Interventionist is someone who is passionate about helping people.
This position involves a high degree of autonomy.
The ideal candidate should possess strong internal motivation, integrity, discipline, and organization skills.
A Bachelor's degree is required.

We provide an in-depth training program (shadowing, webinars, one-on-one training, etc) to enable our Early Interventionists to love and serve their families with high quality services.
Job Type: Full-time.
Annual Salary: $39,000 - $41,500
