I am pleased to be hiring for a Nurse Manager role in a nursing home that provides exemplary care for those with dementia, Alzheimer’s and learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing the running of the home.

Liaising with the regulatory and statutory bodies.

Training & overseeing staff.

Demonstrating compassion.

Developing and implementing care plans.

What do you need?

1 year’s previous managerial experience in a similar environment.

Active NMC pin.

Leadership & communication skills.
