Class 1 Driver Indeed

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team.

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations.

Duties: - Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or other heavy machinery - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times Qualifications: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role - Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance - Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy equipment is a plus - Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Full-time position with consistent hours - Opportunities for career advancement within the company If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, we would love to hear from you.
