What is it like to work as a Veterinarian at Arc Animal Hospital?

Perform routine check-ups and examinations, including emergency interventions when necessary.

Administer vaccinations to prevent and treat diseases, ensuring overall health.

Effectively communicate with pet owners, explaining diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.

Conduct and interpret laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other samples to aid in the diagnosis of various conditions.

Utilise diagnostic imaging techniques such as X-rays or ultrasounds to assess internal health issues in small animals.

Work closely with veterinary technicians to ensure efficient and compassionate patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, ensuring a comprehensive history for future reference.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine.

1 to 3 years of experience in the veterinary industry.

A passion to deliver high quality customer service.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Ability to pick up 50lbs.

Proficiency in English & Arabic, spoken and written.

Salary: 90,000 CAD per year.

Terms of Employment: Full-time (40 hours per week) Day, On Call, Morning, Weekends.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
