Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and leading the hotel staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining financial responsibilities, and keeping up to date with industry trends.

Ability to effectively manage finances and budgets
Experience in developing and executing operational strategies
Proven track record of driving revenue and profit growth
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
Knowledge of industry regulations and trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hotel property management systems and software
