Registered Nurse, Supervisor - Pediatrics

Remedy is partnered with a financially stable and highly regarded pediatric home care provider to assist them in their search for a full time and permanent Registered Nurse, Supervisor. Position will focus on conducting supervisory visits in the homes of pediatric patients, as well as communicating with office staff to promote the overall success and growth of the branch.

Agency has a beautiful mission and dozens of other successful branches in the tri-state area.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM with the occasional possibility of weekend flexibility (not on a regular basis).

Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse, Supervisor - Pediatrics:

Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year + quarterly AND annual bonus potential

Responsibilities or the Registered Nurse, Supervisor - Pediatrics:

· Conduct field visits, supervisory visits and write care plans for caseload of approximately 10-15 pediatric patients (approximately 60-80% of this position will be spent in the field)

· Communicate with providers, office staff and families on patients' status/plan of care

Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Supervisor - Pediatrics:

· Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience working with the pediatric patient population

· Must be comfortable with vents and trachs, or willing to learn

· Strong communication skills, amicable personality

· Active RN Licensure in the state of PA
